REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties, the following terms apply to all cancellations and refund requests.
1. Deposits

  • Non-Refundable: The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. This deposit secures your date on our calendar and covers administrative costs, pre-event planning, and the loss of opportunity to book other clients for that specific date.

2. Cancellation by the Client
If you (the Client) wish to cancel your event, you must provide notice in writing. The refund or payment obligation depends on when this notice is received:

  • More than 7 Days Notice: If notice is received more than one week prior to the event, you will receive a refund of any monies paid toward the balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 7 Days Notice: If notice is received less than one week prior to the event, you remain obligated to pay 50% of the remaining balance of the total agreed-upon fees.

3. Cancellation by DJ TELL IT
In the highly unlikely event that DJ TELL IT must cancel the services:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid, including the initial deposit.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Timeline: Any eligible refunds will be issued within 45 calendar days of the cancellation date.

  • Method: Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

    How to Request a Cancellation

  • To cancel services, please send a formal written notice to support@djtellit.com. The 45-day refund window begins once this written notice is received and confirmed.
