The Wedding Booking Process

2. Your Custom Proposal
Following our consultation, you will receive a formal proposal (no pun intended) that outlines your selected services and a transparent breakdown of pricing.
3. Flexible Payment Planning
To make your planning process as stress-free as possible, we offer structured monthly installments.
Automatic Billing: Clients who book our full suite of services (all three primary services) will have an automated monthly payment plan established.
Invoice Scheduling: Once the proposal is accepted and the agreement is signed, your invoices will be automatically generated and sent according to the agreed-upon schedule.
4. Securing Your Date
Your date is officially secured once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is received. From there, you can focus on the countdown to your wedding while we handle the rhythm of the night.

We’re based in Portsmouth and serve Hampton Roads, VA, including nearby cities and event venues. If your event is outside the area, reach out and we’ll let you know if we can travel there.
Yes, absolutely. We love working with your music ideas and making sure the vibe fits your event. You can share must-play songs, do-not-play songs, and any special requests during planning.
